Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping:

We are always hard at work here at The Workshop so know getting your treasure to you is highly priorotized but sometimes does not happen immediately. Normal processing and shipping should happen within 3 business days but could take up to as long as 2 weeks. Custom Orders require between 2-4 weeks of production and processing before shipping. All shipping is handled either through USPS or UPS for both domestic and international shipping. Please email us if you wish to receive a product outside of the USA before completing your order so that we may quote you the best price possible. We are located in Northern California.

Returns:

Hats, Clothing, & Textiles

It’s truly a magical day when a Gnome, Fairy, Unicorn, or Troll finds their special treasure to put on their head, wrap themselves in, or put onto their alter. It is certainly our GNOMIE duty to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your treasure, but in the case that you are not, let us be of help! In the case that your Hat, Clothing, & Textile piece arrive not as expected, severely damaged, or in need of alteration we are happy to accept a return for a FULL REFUND (minus tax & shipping) within 15 days of purchase -or- we can alter or replace the item with YOU covering new shipping costs. Returned Items need to arrive back at our workshop in their original “damaged” condition UNWORN AND UNUSED, with their original tags and packaging. Before returning, email theworkshop@ohmgnomes.com to alert us that there is a problem, detailing with photos the current state of the product received. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time the product arrives at our workshop for your case to be reviewed and for a refund to be issued, but the whole process should happen quicker than that. 

If an item has a value of more than $50, please consider adding additional insurance to your package. Refunds will only be considered for products we recieve, and we cannot guarantee that USPS or the like will deliver the product.

CUSTOM PIECES CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We ask that you are diligent in your measurements of your head and body size, ensuring that the measurements we ask of you are as exact as you’d like to have worked with. If your custom piece does not meet your satisfaction, connect with us, explain why, and we’ll figure out something that’s Fair for all of us!  We cannot however offer a Full or Partial refund for a custom hat, clothing, or textile item outside of a case by case basis. 

 

Food & Medicine

We at OhmGnomes wish only to feed and share the highest quality and ethically sourced food and medicine available. We diligently describe and label all of our products on our site, so please take a moment before purchasing to review what is the offering provided. If a food or medicine product does not meet your satisfaction despite having read the description, we are happy to offer a FULL REFUND (minus tax and shipping) IF A FOOD ITEM IS NOT EXPIRED or MISHANDLED. If in the case that you ordered multiple items and seek a refund for all of them, we ask that you return all UNOPENED AND UNUSED items back to the Workshop before we can administer your monies; You are responsible for SAFELY & PROPERLY repacking and reshipping these items. We will happily refund the full price (minus tax and shipping) for all the items upon safely receiving them back at The Workshop. Please email theworkshop@ohmgnomes.com to alert us that there is a problem with your treasure, and please include photos of any damage or otherwise. Please also allow up to 2 weeks from the time the item arrives at our workshop to process your refund.

CUSTOM FOOD PRODUCTS OR OPENED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS. We are happy to find a Fair space about your purchase if you are not totally satisfied with your custom item. We cannot however guarantee or offer Full or Partial Refunds for a custom food or medicine order outside of a case by case basis.

Exchanges:

Hats, Clothing, & Textiles

An Exchange compared to a Refund is that one the former seeks only compensation through receiving a new treasure versus the latter which asks for monies to be returned. As a small and growing business, this option is significantly easier for us to process here at The Workshop. Hats, Clothing, & Textiles can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase if UNWORN, UNUSED, AND COME WITH ORIGINAL TAGGING AND PACKAGING. ALL SHIPPING, both to our workshop and back to you, MUST BE COVERED BY YOU. Please keep in mind that every treasure in our Gallery is a one-of-a-kind piece that cannot or will not ever be copied or remade. We ask that the natural and living nature of each of our treassures be truly valued when making your exchange. Exchanges are welcomed for both treasures that have a higher or lower dollar value. If a newly desired treasure is of a higher dollar value, we will invoice you for the added difference and new shipping costs. If a newly desired piece is of less value, we will refund the difference minus new shipping costs in a timely manner! Please allow us up to 2 weeks to review, process, and ship your new items to you after receiving your exchange.

Food & Medicine

We are happy to exchange any UNOPENED, UNUSED, AND NOT EXPIRED Food and/or Medicine if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. YOU are responsible for SAFELY AND PROPERLY repacking and shipping your items back to The Workshop, and sequentially ALL SHIPPING to return the product to you. An exchange can be for a treasure of lower or higher value. If your newly desired treasure has a higher dollar value, we will invoice you for added shipping and the price difference. If the new treasure you desire is of lesser dollar value, we will happily refund to your original payment method the difference minus shipping costs to resend it to you. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to review, process, and ship your new order after your old items have reached The Workshop.
