Gnomemade Artisanal Organic and Gluten Free Waffle Mix from our Famous Traveling Waffle Extraveganza! Crafted from American Grown and Fair Trade Grains, this is a perfectly blended ratio of gluten-free flours that will leave even the biggest troll delighted. Brew these critters Vegan (Recipe Below) as we do in our festival booth or add a pair of fresh, ethically raised eggs to the mix, some oil of choice, a bit of water, and magic is made! 

Add Maple Alchemy Maple Syrup to your waffles along with our array of organic and tediously sourced toppings! Serves 6-8" Waffles. 

Cook Time:

8-10min/ea

Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, GF Oat Flour, Baking Soda, Salt

NO ADDED: Sugars or Preservatives

Our Secret Recipe:

1c Gnomemade Waffle Mix

7/8c Water or Tea

2tbsp Coconut Oil

1/2 Ripe Banana

1/2TBSP flax meal

+ 1 1/2TBSP HOT WATER

Instructions:

Make flax egg and put aside to set. Mix all liquid ingredients. Mash bananas and add to liquid mix. Mix all liquid ingredients throughly into dry waffle mix. Ladle batter into hot oiled waffle iron. Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on desired crispiness. Serve hot with Maple Alchemy’s Pure Maple Syrup!
